Oktober, <\/strong>in seine Westerw\u00e4lder Heimat zur\u00fcck. Wie die Rhein-Lahn-Zeitung heute nach einem Telefonat mit dem Hauptmann berichtet, ist Thomas Kurth,<strong> Zweiter Beigeordneter <\/strong>der Ortsgemeinde Winden, auf dem Flugplatz des Bundeswehr-Camps Marmal nahe der Stadt Masar-e Sharif als Fluglotse t\u00e4tig. Er freue sich auf ein Wiedersehen mit seiner Partnerin, seinen Kindern und mit Freunden, wird Kurth zitiert. Seiner gro\u00dfer Leidenschaft, dem Ausdauerlauf, hat &#8222;Marathon-Mann&#8220; Thomas Kurth am Hindukusch ausgiebig gefr\u00f6nt: Schon 800 Kilometer hat er auf dem Camp-Gel\u00e4nde absolviert, eine beachtliche Leistung, zumal die immer noch 30 Grad hei\u00dfe Luft stark mit Staub belastet ist.
