Die <strong>Mietbedingungen<\/strong> sehen wie folgt aus:<\/p>\n<p>Die Nutzungspauschaule betr\u00e4gt pro Tag f\u00fcr <strong>Mitglieder<\/strong> des VfR 1916 Winden e.V. <strong>50,- \u20ac<\/strong> und f\u00fcr <strong>Nichtmitglieder<\/strong> <strong>60,-\u20ac<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIn der Nutzungspauschale sind die Kosten f\u00fcr Miete, Wasser, Abwasser und Strom ber\u00fccksichtigt.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Nutzung der Flutlichtanlage betr\u00e4gt die generelle Nutzungspauschale zus\u00e4tzlich 10,-\u20ac.<br \/>\nDie Endreinigung ist am Folgetag, bis 12.30 Uhr durch den Mieter vorzunehmen.<br \/>\nDie H\u00fcttenvermietung und Terminverwaltung wird von Markus R\u00fcbsamen, Hahnenstra\u00dfe, organisiert.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Vorstand des VfR Winden gibt bekannt, dass es ab sofort wieder m\u00f6glich ist, die Bernhard-Tiwi-H\u00fctte am Sportplatz Winden f\u00fcr private Anl\u00e4sse anzumieten.
